Ok... this is a picture of Pappa for Colin! What's Pappa doing???
Since our trip to Red River and WolfCreek had got shortened by a few days, (major Blizzard) we had been watching the weather reports to see if there would be any good weekends to ski again before all the Spring Break people got out there. We saw that Angel Fire in New Mexico had some new snow and decided to go there. This was our first time there and it wasn't too bad!
The above shot is one of the restaurants at the base of each lift. They were handy to go into for hot tea or just warm up a bit. That is tea I drank, not the stuff on the sign!

This the the view of some of the lower runs taken from the highway going into the town/village of Angel Fire.

This is the first lift we got on and taken about 1/4 up the hill. What I thought was the top of this lift was just the first of three peaks you went over to get to the top. It was a LONG ride! We stayed pretty much on the upper top of the mountain.
It took a long time to ski the back around the top and middle parts to get to the base at the end of the day.

Joe was standing near a lift waiting for me to take this picture.

After lunch getting ready to start down again!

Crazy wild snow blowing across the road. The wind blew so hard at times it would actually stop me while skiing. Granted I ski slow but good grief!
