NCL Cruise Dec 12-19 2009

So ...after being gone for most of November, we headed for the Eastern Caribbean in December.
The above shot is Joe in the Miami airport before heading home. The pictures are not in sequence and mostly from the last of the cruise to the beginning.

The Horse race! I think Colin won this one. Maybe Poppa's horse was a little too small. :-)

The horse (named Bucky) is an early Christmas present from Oma and Poppa. We decided to have it shipped to Colin's house so his Daddy won't have to haul it on top of his car! The horse is bigger than it looked in the ads. Sorry Ashley and Michael, I know you always wanted a giant horse in your living room. :-)

Pre-Thanksgiving tromp in the woods

Joe and I decided after church to head down to Mt. Magazine for a pre-Turkey day hike. We hiked the North Rim up to the Lodge restaurant. After lunch we went down the mountain and took the shorter way back. Only about 5 1/2 miles today:-(

Nov. Hike at Robbers Cave in Oklahoma

A Sunday hike to Robbers Cave in Eastern Oklahoma.
